Requirements

  • 4+ years of progressively responsible agency or client-side (brand management or marketing) experience
  • Active client service management, working directly with clients and executing projects
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or higher
  • Proven experience with the following: Generating innovative solutions to business and marketing challenges
  • Driving and growing emerging brands or categories
  • Successful delivery of projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Successfully growing revenue and profits of account

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and executing on Somnio goals and objectives
  • Able to articulate clientโ€™s and/or brand business needs or issues
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Planning quarterly/annually with assigned clients
  • Lead projects and client communication
  • Work collaboratively with cross functional team members to deliver projects
  • Develop proposals or statements of work
  • Achieve revenue goals for assigned accounts
  • Develop annual revenue plans for assigned accounts
  • Create positive client experiences measured via the client survey
  • Monitor revenue progress against forecast and development of action plans to meet or exceed forecasts
