Summary

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will work closely with our CTO to build APIs that can interpret screenshots, identify elements such as buttons or input fields, and take actions to achieve a desired goal.

Requirements

  • 3+ years (preferred) of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in building scalable backend systems
  • Experience with OCR, multi-modality LLMs, or similar technologies
  • Solid experience with MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases for real-time data management
  • Experience building and optimizing APIs for performance, security, and scalability
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a deep sense of ownership
  • Proven experience in integrating AI systems with third-party tools and applications
  • Competent with CI/CD pipeline tools and source control systems
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices for handling data and application-level vulnerabilities

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement software that captures and analyzes screenshots using OCR and multi-modal LLMs
  • Build systems that interpret screen data to extract key information such as input fields, buttons, and actions
  • Develop intelligent systems to determine the next logical action, leveraging AI models to achieve user goals (e.g., clicking a button, filling out forms)
  • Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to build APIs that integrate with existing systems and enhance automation workflows
  • Ensure high-performance, reliable, and scalable code, with careful attention to data handling and system architecture
  • Design and implement data storage and retrieval systems using MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases for optimal performance and scalability
  • Write testable, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices
  • Develop strategies for API versioning, performance optimization, and secure data handling
