Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in QA and test automation development
• At least 5 years of experience in test automation, developing frameworks and solutions for backend systems
• At least 2 years of experience in a management or leadership role within system-level or hardware-centric testing domains
• Proven ability to design test strategies and automation frameworks for edge device and backend infrastructure
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for backend automation development
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible) in backend infrastructure environments
• Strong system-level debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware-software systems

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies specifically tailored to system-level backend environments
• Lead the development of automated test frameworks for backend systems managing hardware, DSP, and AI units
• Manage a small QA team while providing hands-on contributions in backend testing and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage of complex hardware-software interactions
• Conduct detailed testing of configuration management, system integration, and monitoring tools across platforms like DSP and AI servers
• Drive operational automation testing, ensuring system updates, backups, and disaster recovery processes are reliably tested
