Associate Director, Creator Relations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Creator Relations-type role working with Creators in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical space
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Creators
• Extensive network within the Creator and Healthcare world
• Strong connections to events, fashion, entertainment, and sports scenes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for key cultural events
• Knowledge of regional and cultural nuances in the Creator space

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile and celebrity creators across different regions
• Secure VIP access to top events, including but not limited to award shows (e.g., Golden Globes, Oscars, Grammy’s, Emmy’s), premiere parties, fashion shows, nightclub openings, and sporting events
• Attend key cultural events as required and act as a representative of Influential while building brand presence and fostering relationships
• Collaborate with the Creator Partnerships and Creator Relations teams to expand Influential's network of high-profile and celebrity creators for use in campaigns
• Provide insights and recommendations based on industry relationships
• Leverage relationships to facilitate speaking engagements, event attendance, and participation as speakers at industry events
• Stay informed about industry developments and current events
