Responsibilities
- Attend sprint ceremonies to prioritise and review support requests from account teams
- Build, integrate, and optimise automation processes for customer service via our Visual Flow Builder
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by managing multiple technical support requests
- Write and maintain documentation of technical configurations and processes
- Internal improvement initiatives to improve Service Delivery processes
- Identify and communicate product enhancement potential to our Product team
Preferred Qualifications
- Coding experience
- 2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry
- Experience working with Customer Service CRMs (e.g. ServiceCloud, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias)
- Experience working with OMS systems (e.g. Shopify, CommerceCloud, Magento)
- Experience working with APIs and developing integrations
- Experience working in an Agile manner

Role & Responsibilities:
Automation Engineers at DigitalGenius will form part of our new Automation Engineering team within Service Delivery. They will be responsible for building and maintaining automation flows across our UK and EU accounts, specifically in support of the Solutions Engineers.
As part of the wider Service Delivery team the Automation Engineer is responsible for supporting Account Teams with implementations and ongoing maintenance of existing solutions in an Agile manner. This includes: integration, configuration, deployment, documentation, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
