Remote B2C Customer Support

Join our mission to change the way people access and receive their care at Homage, a tech start-up in Singapore. As a B2C Customer Support Associate, you will support the Singapore team and enable seniors & adults to age with dignity and control.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with clients and business partners, coupled with active listening to understand and address client needs
• Attention to detail for updating and maintaining accurate information, along with strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer support or client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to handle client enquiries and resolve issues satisfactorily would be favourable
• Proficiency in CRM software, office applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Hubspot) would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Answering enquiries and support business partners and Clients in terms of their care visit requirements
• Updating of information and data to clients and business partners on their care visit and assigned care professionals
• Ensuring that care visits are created on Homage’s system and updated with the client’s business partner’s requirements
• Cross-function communication with our operations team to ensure that the care visits are delivered and fulfilled on time with our SLA
