Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Developing, monitoring and controlling business performance metrics e.g. time registration, resource allocation per project etc
  • Control of KPIs and variance analysis explanation
  • Professional Services Budget and Forecast preparation
  • Monthly closing processes. Overview of accounting transactions
  • Support the different business units from a financial perspective to achieve our financial and company objectives
  • Liaison with Professional Services and Business Units
  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements that allow efficiencies and maximize results
  • Cost analysis and Budget control

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with reporting using MS Power BI
  • Related certifications (CPA/CMA/CFA)
  • Experience working in a consulting company
  • Experience working with companies from the Nordics

Location: Ukraine/Romania

About the role:

In a Business Controller role at Auditdata you will play a crucial role in reporting, analysis, and planning functions across Auditdata Professional Services and Business Units, identify risks and opportunities to ensure our business works efficiently and remain profitable.

The goal of the role is to support effective delivery and completion of customer projects from daily reporting on progress to finalizing and sending invoice.

The Business Controller will be part of the Finance team and support the relevant Business Units in delivering successful customer projects.

What will you do:

  • Developing, monitoring and controlling business performance metrics e.g. time registration, resource allocation per project etc
  • Control of KPIs and variance analysis explanation
  • Professional Services Budget and Forecast preparation
  • Monthly closing processes. Overview of accounting transactions
  • Support the different business units from a financial perspective to achieve our financial and company objectives
  • Liaison with Professional Services and Business Units

Cost analysis and Budget control

What will you bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function in international environment
