Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the animal health or biopharmaceutical industries
• Strong understanding of scientific equipment and reagents, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into business development strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop client relationships in both research and commercial settings
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the US animal health industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project initiatives with client needs, ensuring the successful execution of partnerships
• Promote and expand domestic CRO/CDMO capabilities, specifically in technical infrastructure, to international clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective account management
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
