Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in General Dentistry (General Dentist)
  • 3+ years of clinical orthodontic experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • A positive attitude and a passion for teamwork and problem-solving
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • The ability to work well under pressure and follow through on items to complete

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support and guidance to the Orthodontic Planners (OTP) and CAD teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  • Act as a subject matter expert, handling escalations, clarifying clinical doubts, and conducting deep dives into issues as needed
  • Generate and create reports on demand, using your insights to help drive improvements in clinical processes
  • Participate in team meetings and huddles to ensure KPI compliance (IE QA,clinical FAQ, etc)
  • Interact with other departments to escalate customer feedback, continuously improve our service
  • Stay up to date on internal work processes, policies and procedures
  • Conduct 1:1 mentoring meetings with OTP Technicians to provide clinical support and feedback
  • Maintain up to date production metrics
