  • Microsoft Azure Architect (AZ 305) certificate required within 90 days
  • Network platforms and firewalls (VPNs, policy management, load balancing, policy-based routing)
  • Backup & Recovery: Demonstrated ability to optimize Commvault performance and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Hypervisors (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • ITIL best practices for incident and problem management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to clients
  • Problem-Solving & Learning : Strong analytical mind with a focus on root-cause analysis, knowledge development, and process creation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing
  • Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents following ITIL best practices
  • Manage service requests according to change management procedures
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure
  • Install, configure, and administer customer systems in Azure
  • Communicate technical issues and solutions to clients in clear, understandable terms
  • Develop, maintain, and train on documentation for standard operating procedures, best practices, and customer-specific runbooks, including automation processes
  • Delivering exceptional client service delivery throughout the service lifecycle
  • Interface with other departments to provide client feedback and ensure success
  • Configure monitoring and alerting on physical and virtual infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain physical and virtual components (including Atmosera’s management stack)
  • Perform quality assurance checks on migrated and greenfield environments
  • Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks: (FedRAMP, IRS 1075, NIST-800, CSI Benchmarks, PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, SOC 1 & SOC 2) and internal security best practices
  • Manage and administer Windows & Linux Servers
  • Configure and administer hypervisors (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for escalated support to meet SLAs
  • Implement automation using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bicep) and CI/CD practices for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployments
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Bicep for repeatable and consistent infrastructure deployments

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Administrator to join our Cloud Support Team.

In this role, you will be an escalation point and lead to others technicians in addition to contributing to the excellence of the platform engineering team.

You will be responsible for the overall health and performance of our platform, while also fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

Responsibilities:

  • Networking & Security: Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing.
  • Azure Expertise: Need to have Azure 104. Be able to achieve Azure 305 Certification within 90 days :
  • Incident Management: Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents following ITIL best practices. $75,000 - $95,000 a year
