Requirements

• Proven experience as a creative video editor
• Portfolio that demonstrates creative flair and technical expertise in pure post-production work
• 3-5 years experience working in the advertising, broadcast or social media industry
• Excellent English language skills, German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Independently accept briefs and coordinate directly with brand teams and/or clients to understand their vision and expectations
• Outline the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Develop creative treatments, incorporating elements such as motion design, animations, AI, and sound treatments
• Transform raw footage into engaging, shareable stories that align with our brand and resonate with social media audiences
• Deliver finished videos that meet high-quality standards, including audio mixing, SFX, motion design, mastering, and color grading
