  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process

Job description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support the Token Metrics Human Resources department. The Technical Recruiter role at Token Metrics is focused on people operations and preserving Token Metrics’ unique culture in terms of how we recruit, hire, and develop outstanding people. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Token Metrics, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing team aligned with our company’s goals and culture.

  • Time to Hire

  • Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days within a 90-day period.

  • Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising on quality.

Candidate Feedback

  • Achieve and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Core Competencies

Technical Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics.

Experience with ATS

  • Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
  • Proficient in managing and optimizing candidate pipelines.

Proficiency with Recruiting Tool

  • Extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and others.
  • Skilled in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent.

Communication Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer negotiations.
  • Maintain Candidate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS.
  • Provide Recruitment Metrics: Regularly report on key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and pipeline status.
  • Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Strive to provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven Experience: A track record of success as a technical recruiter, with a strong history of hiring top talent.
  • ATS Proficiency: Expertise in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
