Join Token Metrics as a Senior Technical Recruiter and contribute to our Human Resources department, focusing on people operations and maintaining our unique company culture. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical roles. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external partners. Success will be measured by reducing average hiring time and maintaining high candidate satisfaction scores. This role requires a strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and market dynamics
- Showcase proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
- Be proficient in managing and optimizing candidate pipelines
- Possess extensive experience using recruiting tools such as Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and others
- Be skilled in sourcing and engaging top-tier talent
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Possess a track record of success as a technical recruiter, with a strong history of hiring top talent
- Show expertise in using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Show the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent for both technical and non-technical positions
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners
- Reduce the average hiring time to fewer than 30 days within a 90-day period
- Optimize the recruitment process for efficiency and speed without compromising on quality
- Achieve and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of 90% or higher
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
