  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for high-trust relationship building
  • Proven experience leading projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizing and managing a diverse workload

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and solving their challenges through technology
  • Serve as a trusted partner to customers by providing insights and recommendations from Apella’s products
  • Manage the rollouts of new features and products, guiding customers through these implementations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Apella’s teams to ensure our products continue to support and enhance our customers' success
  • Surface relevant customer feedback and insights, helping shape and refine our product development and deployment
