As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving algorithmic strategies, managing trading strategy deployment, and ensuring market and research issues are properly documented.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Sciences or Statistics
  • A minimum of 2 year of relevant experience at a capital markets trading firm
  • Knowledge of DeFi system and smart contract based trading
  • Familiarity with financial markets and trading algorithms
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for DeFi
  • A high degree of technical aptitude with programming skills in Python/C++/Rust/Java
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong analytical capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Developing and improving our current algorithmic strategies
  • Managing end to end the process of deployment and running trading strategies
  • Developing ad-hoc system to connect to new execution venues
  • Reviewing performance metrics and communicating post strategy analysis
  • Helping to deliver continuous improvements on our trading infrastructure and models
  • Ensuring market and research issues are properly documented
