Director, Quality Assurance

Join us at MEMX as we search for a Director, Quality Assurance to lead our software testing process and manage our test engineering team. The ideal candidate has hands-on testing experience at a financial institution and can fully automate the testing process.

Requirements

• A minimum of five years experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience managing remote workers
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (from an accredited institution)
• Strong test automation skills
• Experience testing large scale financial systems (specifically those under the SEC’s RegSCI framework)
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work closely with software development team to resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Ability to communicate effectively with Senior Management

Responsibilities

• Manage MEMX’s QA team
• Architect, Design and Develop MEMX’s QA testing facilities
• Develop test automation strategies for the firm
• Develop and maintain MEMX quality assurance standards
• Work closely with the engineering teams to remediate issues
• Create and manage quality metrics to track product improvement
• Develop and maintain innovative testing processes that delivers exceptional value to the organization
