Remote FBI Payments Assistant

The Matian Firm, APC, is expanding its legal team, and is actively seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Remote FBI Payments Assistant. Candidates must have excellent client-service attitude and case management skills. At least 2 years of processing FBI Payments and knowledge of procedural requirements of non-immigrants. In this role, the lead paralegal will participate in all aspects of our payment practices, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case preparation, review and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships with a strong client-service attitude.
•  FBI Payments.
• Participate in some aspects of the immigration practice.
• Utilize case management and billing systems

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of FBI Payments
• Case management skills
• Client-service mindset and effective communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a growing legal team
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
