Join our growing team as a Field Engineer to provide technical support to customers, working closely with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a field engineering or technical support role
- Hands-on experience in a technical role leveraging SQL, Python, or Spark to build, operate and maintain data analytics solutions
- AWS or Google Cloud familiarity
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a customer-facing environment
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers during and after the sales process
- Assist with customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Collaborate with the Commercial to address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback is communicated
- Participate in technical demonstrations and help answer technical questions during sales engagements
- Stay current on product features, capabilities, and best practices to offer support
