Remote Financial Operations Manager

Summary

Join our fast-growing company as a Finance Operations Manager for a 15-month maternity leave coverage. You will oversee customer payment and invoicing journeys, work with Engineering and Customer Support teams to ensure billing accuracy, and collaborate with the Operations team to facilitate internal purchasing processes.

Requirements

• AR: invoicing, receipts & allocations of payment, reconciliations, collections
• Sales taxes: U.S. sales taxes, global sales tax research and compliance
• Purchasing: managing purchasing process and workflow
• Software: Recurly, NetSuite, Stripe (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire customer payment and invoicing journey
• Work with Engineering and Customer Support teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Collaborate with Operations team to facilitate internal purchasing process
