Remote Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with a passion for fleet maintenance? Join our team as a Specialist, Fleet Maintenance, where you’ll provide critical support to our Fleet Maintenance Programs. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work from Merchants HQ or remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the go-to expert on maintenance issues for vendors, fleet managers, and drivers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Fleet Products Management and Client Service Teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• Manage relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring transactions meet company standards.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training and help integrate onboarding programs.
• Participate in management reporting and assist in policy and procedure development.
• Oversee PO reviews, follow-ups, and assist with administrative reporting on recalls.
• Support cross-training for departments like Client Experience to improve service delivery.

Skills Required:

• Active ASE/ICAR/NAFA Certifications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High energy, excellent customer service, and professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience with trailers, tractors, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, or medium/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance.

Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
