  • Active ASE/ICAR/NAFA Certifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • High energy, excellent customer service, and professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment
  • 2+ years of experience with trailers, tractors, hydraulic systems, diesel engines, or medium/heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert on maintenance issues for vendors, fleet managers, and drivers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone and email
  • Collaborate with Fleet Products Management and Client Service Teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges
  • Manage relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring transactions meet company standards
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and training and help integrate onboarding programs
  • Participate in management reporting and assist in policy and procedure development
  • Oversee PO reviews, follow-ups, and assist with administrative reporting on recalls
  • Support cross-training for departments like Client Experience to improve service delivery
