Remote Front End Engineer, Network Engineering

Summary

Join Cloudflare's Network Engineering team as an experienced front-end engineer to build and run the front-end applications used throughout the company to observe and interact with our network infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience building web applications
• Experience building web applications using a modern frontend framework such as React or AngularJS
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Experience designing intuitive user interfaces without direction from Product and/or UX Design
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and Internet routing
• Experience working with and/or designing RESTful APIs, enabling collaboration with backend developers when needed

Responsibilities

• Build and run the front-end applications used throughout the company to observe and interact with our network infrastructure
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from designing and documenting systems, to writing code and automated tests, to planning, managing, and monitoring production software deployments
• Work with a wide range of technologies and programming languages including React, Next.js, TypeScript, ES6, Webpack, Jest, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and more
