Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in web development
  • Advanced knowledge in Java/Kotlin and Typescript (certification is a significant advantage)
  • Experience in building scalable systems
  • Extensive knowledge of databases (certification is a significant advantage)
  • Understanding of cloud computing and on-premises infrastructure
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and refinement of tasks
  • Exhibit ownership over specific epics
  • Independently develop reasonable size features using Java/Kotlin and TypeScript
  • Take part in code reviews and the quality assurance workflow
  • Use modern programming standards and practices
  • Actively engage in mentoring, both seeking mentorship and providing assistance to junior colleagues
  • Act as a trustworthy team player by understanding teams' practices and providing ideas for improvement
