POSITION

The Graphic Designer will report to the Executive Managing Director, Asset Management.

LOCATION

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This position will work during US Pacific business hours.

DUTIES

• Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans as required by prospect tenants.
• Create renderings for building exterior and interior improvements.
• Prepare tenant improvement design and/or develop a set of drawings for permit.
• Prepare basic structural construction details.
• Transform existing pdf/jpg floor plans/site plans/designs into working CAD documents.
• Create marketing flyers for properties.
• Design leasing banners and signs.
• Assist in updating and maintaining Company website’s design as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Latin honors (cum laude or better) from a reputable university.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of full-time work experience.
• Strong skills in design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver.
• Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
