Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other motion graphics and video editing software
• Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging visual stories through motion design
• 3+ years of experience editing and enhancing video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Strong foundation in typography, color theory, and graphic design principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail, ensuring all visual elements are polished and of professional quality

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing materials, client presentations, and social media platforms
• Enhance existing video content with graphics, transitions, and animations that align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and video scripts that tell compelling visual stories
• Create engaging graphics and visual elements tailored to mortgage advisor clients, ensuring content speaks directly to their audience
• Ensure all video content and graphics align with clients' brand identity and vision, maintaining consistency across all platforms
• Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to create dynamic visuals that meet project goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating motion graphics for marketing campaigns or working within a marketing agency
• Familiarity with the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus, but not required
• Experience using collaboration tools like Slack, ClickUp, or similar platforms for project management and communication
