Remote Implementation Consultant, Data

Summary

Join our Data Team as an Implementation Consultant to support Clients with data migration and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, and Implementations
• A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
• Proficiency with spreadsheet formulas used to manipulate data

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the data migration for new and existing Clients
• Strategize the data migration utilizing best practices for the latest features and functionality in the system for a given Client
• Serve as a direct point of customer contact for data migration during the implementation
• Proactively and independently manage Client escalations
• Assist in the review of Client data migration and the development of new workflow plans
• Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with the Project Manager
• Ensure import due dates are met on time and reviewed with the Client
• Coordinate data conversion, mapping, import, and other timelines and expectations
• Follow project plans and manage scope and timeline, escalating to Project Managers as needed
• Assure overall Client satisfaction
