  • Working knowledge of software and hardware systems and ability to articulate technology to non-technical users (Required)
  • Knowledge of veterinary PiMS/EMR Software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Demonstrable ability to conduct Microsoft Teams/Zoom Meetings

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices
  • Manage remote or onsite installation of CUBEX hardware and software solutions
  • Conduct client staff training. Providing an engaging and thorough experience
  • Provided technical support, workflow audits and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams
  • Engage with Cubex clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions
  • Internal Coordination with Integration Team and Account Manager(s) related to client Integration technology and Post-Account Management/Support needs
  • Strategy and Process development participation as it relates to Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Support
  • Identification and escalation of customer challenges to Professional Services and Sales Team
  • Provide client-facing written/verbal report of implementation agenda, training goals, successes, and challenges to client and internal Cubex team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multilingual candidates preferred (especially Spanish, French, German; other languages valued)
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based inventory management technology solutions
  • Data interpretation, manipulation, management in Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of GuideCX Onboarding Software
