Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software systems, databases, and networking, with proven skills in diagnosing and resolving issues
• Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams, and to clearly present complex information
• Customer Service: Ability to build strong client relationships, provide excellent service, and resolve conflicts effectively
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion with a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Implementation: Set up and integrate Securly’s products, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each school and making a direct impact on student safety
• Collaborate with School IT Teams: Work with school IT departments to gather requirements, design plans, and execute deployments that align with their educational goals
• Technical Support: Assist sales teams with technical expertise during customer meetings, webinars, and product demos
• Implementation Assistance: Assist in developing software network architecture for new installations and upgrades
• Provide Ongoing Support: Offer technical support during and after implementation to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Conduct Training Sessions: Train educators and IT staff on how to effectively use Securly’s products
• Documentation: Create and manage up-to-date internal and external product and training documentation
• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve our products and services

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven success in technical implementation or system integration, ideally within the EdTech industry
• Familiarity with student safety solutions and K-12 educational technology
