Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software developer
• Comfortable collaborating with design and product management functions
• Willingness to contribute in a full-stack capacity based on the team’s needs
• Frontend Focused: experience working with TypeScript within a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
• Backend Focused: experience in working on features in a backend technology just as Ruby on Rails, .NET, Java, Go, etc
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment where you might need to run with just an idea

Responsibilities

• Implement changes and experiments across the stack (frontend and backend) to enhance the onboarding experience and reduce churn for our customers
• Contribute to the Jane codebase, focusing on in-app onboarding components and key admin pages
• Collaborate with various product team domains to improve the overall onboarding experience
• Produce high-quality, well-tested code that ensures a reliable product for our users
• Participate in code reviews, production deploys, and team activities to support continuous improvement and collaboration

Benefits
