Join us as an IT Support Analyst (2nd line) at Smartdesc, where you will provide excellent IT support through daily telephone and video communication with clients, resolving IT issues and malfunctions, and developing strong trusted relationships with our client base.
Requirements
- A minimum of two yearsβ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Verbal and written English
- Experience working as part of a busy team and keeping a constant dialogue flowing
