Requirements

• Relevant degree or vocational training with an IT background
• 3+ years of experience in Java (JEE/J2EE/JakartaEE) development
• Knowledge of Hibernate, REST, and SQL (Oracle DBMS preferred)
• German language proficiency (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain components for the SaaS platform KIDICAP®
• Develop new web apps for human resource management (e.g., payroll, employee self-service, personnel administration)
• Refactor and migrate core components to a cloud-native environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in TDD
• Experience in Cloud Native
• Enthusiasm for software development and a high level of quality awareness
• Enjoy teamwork and ownership
