Requirements

• First knowledge in the development of digital communication strategies & concepts
• Completed first degree, preferably from the field of Communication or a comparable education
• First experiences in the field of Text & Concept
• Outstanding brand understanding and enthusiasm for target group-specific, digital communication
• High understanding of all common social media platforms as well as a sense for digital trends and innovations
• Many creative ideas and a good feeling for new developments
• Self-containedness in the creation of presentations (especially with PowerPoint)
• Initiative mindset, conceptual approach as well as solution-oriented thinking and acting
• Team player mentality and an outstanding level of communication skills for the exchange within the team

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative concepts, digital campaigns in Employer Branding, and Eigenmarken for our customer dm-drogerie markt
• Find and develop targeted ideas and further develop them, e.g. in the fields of Digital Campaigning, Social-Media, and Performance Marketing
• Conceptual or textual implementation of digital communication measures
• Active participation in idea-finding processes and project workshops
• Support in creating data-driven analyses and research (market, competitors, target groups) and developing a sustainable strategic basis
• Responsible and proactive work in interdisciplinary project teams (Account Management, Design, UX, Development, dm)
• Content-related accompaniment of customer projects from briefing to go-live
