Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
- English proficiency: B2 minimum
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives
- Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and development teams, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and are of high quality
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, assisting in their professional growth and development
- Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams
- Address client concerns, issues, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
