Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- 1-3+ years of experience in account management within a marketing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and advertising concepts
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Clickup, Basecamp, and Asana
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
- English proficiency: B2 minimum
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their business objectives. Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates
- Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are aligned with client goals and agency standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, and development teams, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and are of high quality
- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior account managers, assisting in their professional growth and development
- Communication: Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams. Address client concerns, issues, and feedback in a proactive and professional manner
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
