Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice and risk assessments across the organization to support global growth and operations
  • Draft, review and negotiate agreements (SaaS agreements, service agreements, DPAs, NDAs etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with various regulatory frameworks across Germany and globally (GDPR, CCPA, anti-bribery regulations etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze and support on regulatory and legal developments related to our activities
  • Create and improve internal processes
  • Corporate: link with our headquarter specialized lawyers
  • Management and follow up of litigation and pre-litigation

As Legal Counsel, reporting to the Global VP of Legal and Senior Legal Counsel for the DACH region, you will provide strategic legal advice and support across our global organization. This role requires a strong business acumen and a hands-on approach to navigating a variety of legal matters. You’ll play a key role in ensuring legal compliance while supporting the company’s growth and operations.

As a Legal Counsel at Brevo, you will:
