Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and email correspondence to maximize productivity
  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines
  • Handle sensitive information, including signing documents and completing forms on behalf of the team
  • Oversee invoicing processes and coordinate with accountants/bookkeepers to ensure timely payments and financial accuracy
  • Organize and save important documents in client-specific folders for easy access and retrieval
  • Manage and review historical data for reference and informed decision-making
  • Facilitate smooth communication within the remote team using platforms such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
  • Utilize WhatsApp for effective coordination and quick communication
  • Assist with newsletters, conducting research, and scheduling content as needed
  • Manage social media updates, including LinkedIn posts
