Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Summary

Join our team as a full-time Licensed Therapist and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program! We offer a remote work schedule, liability insurance, annual stipend for growth & education opportunities, and a compensation package including a base salary plus bonus with $66-100K earning potential.

Requirements

• Active FL license
• Master's level degree (LCSW, LMHC, LCPC, LMFT, or equivalent credential)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
• Meets background/regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program
• Utilize technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
• Work in partnership with clients to achieve goals
• Utilize comprehensive assessments
