Requirements

• Master's level degree
• Indiana independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent credential)
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Fluency in English
• Meets background/regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient services through our telehealth program
• Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
• Utilize comprehensive assessments
