Join our Enterprise Sales Enablement team as a Manager to lead the planning, deployment, and reinforcement of key sales initiatives for our Enterprise GTM teams. Requirements

  • 10+ years work experience in a high-performing, data-driven organization
  • Expertise in building and executing GTM strategy and plans
  • Passion for collaborating with sales and developing data-driven, creative, and successful strategy that wins new business
  • Demonstrated track record of prior success in launching new products, developing/executing on marketing plans, and building messaging for B2B audiences
  • Able to craft presentations/narratives using data with no help
  • Able to make timely medium risk, medium impact decisions with incomplete data, amid ambiguity and know when to escalate high risk decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinker with the ability to use data to make your case and define results
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of sales enablement change management initiatives from planning to execution, including post-deployment measurement and reinforcement
  • Fully understand the impact of changes on knowledge, processes, and customer outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify what the team needs to know, say, and do
  • Scope out necessary resources and work with stakeholders to build documentation and training content
  • Create and/or partner with various teams to develop training resources
  • Deploy training sessions to appropriate teams, both large and small, tailoring content as needed
  • Empower managers to reinforce training within their teams through ongoing support and resources
  • Measure post-training effectiveness, focusing on confidence, mastery, and adoption rates
  • Engage in activities like listening to Gong calls, surveys, and 1-on-1 sessions with top and bottom performers
  • Provide personalized reinforcement to individuals needing additional support
