Requirements

• Canva Proficiency: Strong skills in Canva for creating marketing materials are essential
• Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Self-Starter Attitude: Must be proactive, organized, and eager to learn and grow
• Attention to Detail: The ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and keep track of follow-ups efficiently

Responsibilities

• Execute LinkedIn messaging and email outreach for business development purposes
• Assist with setting up and sending email campaigns using Constant Contact or HubSpot
• Design flyers and marketing materials using Canva
• Use HubSpot to manage and track leads, updating records and ensuring all engagement is documented
• Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends and insights, assist with responding to inquiries, and engage with the LinkedIn community to maintain an active presence
• Assist with posting on LinkedIn, and if familiar or willing to learn, help manage content on the company website (WordPress)
