Medicare Enrollment Specialist

Summary

Join our team as an Enrollment Specialist and help enroll Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program. As a part-time role, you will call eligible patients to encourage them to enroll in Medicare's Chronic Care Management Program.

Requirements

• Retired sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, particularly seniors
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via phone to explain the Chronic Care Management program
• Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is completed accurately and timely
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Chronic Care Management program and enrollment procedures
• Build rapport and strong relationships with clients over the phone
