Remote Mental Health Therapist

Join our team at Little Otter as a part-time pediatric clinical therapist and help deliver high-quality mental health care to children and families. We're looking for licensed therapists with experience in treating common mental health disorders in children, who are comfortable with technology and passionate about providing virtual services.

Requirements

• Masters level therapists independently licensed in Minnesota ie. Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
• 1+ years of independent direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Demonstrated expertise in treating common mental health disorders in children through evidence-based practices
• Comfortable with technology and interested in incorporating technology solutions into clinical care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy via the Little Otter platform to children ages 0-14 years old, parents, and families
• Conduct evidence-based interventions for children and families including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child and Family Psychotherapy (CPP), etc
• Complete clinical documentation using the Little Otter platform for each patient including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans
• Participate in a weekly case review and manager meeting
