Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client challenges effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive company culture

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in metrology and first article inspection markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our metrology products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to clients
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate metrology solutions
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with client specifications and budget constraints
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and addressing client inquiries
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting sales strategies as needed
  • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system
