MICE Project Manager

Summary

Join Kuoni Tumlare MICE, a global leader in the MICE industry, as a Project Manager M&E. This remote position, based in Germany, requires fluency in German, English, and Spanish or Portuguese. You will manage the full event lifecycle, from proposal creation to financial reconciliation, for a diverse range of international clients. Experience in the MICE industry (5+ years) is essential, along with strong client management and negotiation skills. Requirements

• Previous experience/working knowledge in the MICE industry for at least 5 years
• English, Spanish or Portuguese and German Fluency is a must
• Deep knowledge of the territory and what it can offer in terms of MICE services

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and deliver large-scale events for a variety of foreign clients across the year
• Proposal creation and pitch, when required
• Full logistics including accommodation bookings and all land arrangements throughout full domestic territory
• Supplier management prior, during and after the event
• Negotiating with third parties to maximize value creation
• Client and account management to ensure repeat business
• Onsite management of the event
• Budget management and post event reconciliation
• Reporting to various stakeholders
