Mobile Engineer

Join Allego, a provider of reliable charging solutions, as a passionate mobile engineer in our Digital Experience Platform Team. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will develop mobility applications like the Smoov app using Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST API, XML/JSON. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of web development experience, and proficiency in various technologies. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), working with modern front-end build pipelines, and understanding mobile app development principles and CI/CD in Azure. Requirements

• Have a Bachelor or a Master Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Have several years of experience working in the web development
• Have a proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Be proficient in Vue.js and JavaScript / TypeScript
• Be confident writing tests with Jest and Cypress testing frameworks
• Have a good understanding of PWA publishing processes, including the criteria for app store submissions and web app deployment
• Have a good understanding of mobile app development principles and lifecycle
• Have a good understanding of CI/CD in Azure
• Be familiar with the process of publishing iOS and Android apps through the official stores
• Work both independently and in a team environment
• Be a team player and have strong communication skills
• Be fluent in English
• Be eligible to work in the EU and be located there

Responsibilities

• Develop mobility applications such as the Smoov app
• Be efficient with Vue.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST API, XML/JSON
• Develop and optimize Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), including service workers and web app manifests
• Work with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, NPM)
• Understand PWA publishing processes, including the criteria for app store submissions and web app deployment
• Understand mobile app development principles and lifecycle
• Understand CI/CD in Azure
• Be familiar with the process of publishing iOS and Android apps through the official stores
• Build, test and deliver high quality features

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with Quasar Framework or similar Vue.js-based frameworks
• Have experience as full stack mobile engineer (C# .NET core, Azure Function app, Service bus)
• Have experience with Cosmos DB
