Requirements

• Experience of 2 years in commercial area
• Availability for frequent travel

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point of contact for providers in portfolio, clarifying doubts and taking actions or delegating to operations team when necessary
• Communicate remotely (telephone/email) proactively with providers for commercial follow-up
• Monitor Pricing and Availability of the portfolio of providers
• Identify (through report use) needs for adjustments or improvements in the content of the landpage of providers in portfolio
• Analyze continuous performance, detect business opportunities and provide commercial advice to providers within their portfolio through reports that give visibility of performance of the portfolio and destination
• Send reports to providers and FUP for implementation of recommendations
• Activate promotions based on input or need identified by area
• Send campaigns to providers
• Send notifications and news
• Identify and provide support for training needs in the use of Despegar tools
• Develop Destinations, affiliating hotels and having proximity with Hotel Associations and Tourism Secretariats corresponding
