Requirements

• Strong understanding of current marketing trends, particularly those that resonate with Gen Z audiences on platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Skills that drive engagement and connect effectively with viewers
• Candidates must be comfortable on camera and present themselves confidently in front of an audience
• A neutral English accent is important to ensure relatability with diverse audiences across the U.S

Responsibilities

• Manage Co-Founder Accounts: Create and post content on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Increase engagement and maintain a consistent personal brand tone
• Oversee our Social Media: Develop and execute a strategy to grow brand awareness and sales
• Plan and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Interact with followers and track social media performance
• Work with Influencers: Coordinate partnerships with 3-5 influencers per month
• Manage product gifting and campaign execution
• Track performance and ensure successful collaborations

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive background experience is optional; we value passion for marketing and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of social media
