Requirements

• You will hold a minimum of a PhD/DBA in a related subject
• You have a minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
• You have a minimum of 5 years teaching and assessing to include PGT post-experience
• Candidates will be required to meet AACSB accreditation requirements
• You will have the ability to teach across a range of topics including Strategy and Economics in a Global Context, Strategic Marketing and Financial Decision making, Leadership and Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation: Innovating for the Future
• You have high standards and with demonstrable impact on students’ learning
• You are motivated by student success and passionate about online learning
• You are a passionate and excellent, clear communicator
• You have strong presentation skills and the ability to maintain an engaging and positive online presence
• You are proactive and organised
• You thrive in a remote working environment

Responsibilities

• Providing an exceptional student experience through the delivery of academic content developed by our partner academics and our learning design team
• Facilitating live learning activities that engage and support student learning
• Undertaking assessment tasks (including moderation, marking, and feedback) as well as processing and submitting results according to set timelines
