Requirements

  • Proven history in building good relationships with retail customers, internal associates, and wholesalers
  • Demonstrated ability to take the initiative to gather and use customer feedback to identify customer and market needs and challenges
  • Demonstrated diligence and ability to follow through on all commitments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals with a minimum of direction
  • Proven analytical skills and an understanding of syndicated data and interpreting data to aid in sales calls
  • Travel and a valid driver's license & vehicle are required
  • Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
  • 5+ years working in the alcohol on premise channel required
  • Wholesaler experience preferred
  • Ability to understand and leverage analytics required
  • Knowledge of syndicated data systems (IRI) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and build relationships with retailers and wholesaler partners
  • Grow sales and distribution within targeted account base
  • Manage relationships with wholesaler partners and maintain active communications to ensure excellent execution
  • Required to execute 40 account calls per week
  • Utilize customer sales and syndicated data to uncover opportunities, track KPI performance, and provide fact-based analysis for your business
  • Clearly and concisely communicate sales results to BeatBox Beverages sales team and distributor networks to ensure execution
  • Able to work cross functionally with field sales, trade marketing, and category management
  • Align BeatBox plans with customer plans and own all relevant goals
  • Conduct regular buyer meetings to communicate strategy and recommend retailer opportunities
  • Manage travel and expense budget

Benefits

$90,000.00 - $105,000 + Bonus
