Summary

Join GoodRec, a fast-growing US tech startup revolutionizing the sports world, and become a key member of our Customer Service and Operations team. You'll play a pivotal role in the growth of GoodRec games and revenue, managing facility relationships, game operations, and communications. This position requires flexibility, tech-savviness, adaptability, and strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Experience in commercial roles is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and advanced English proficiency. GoodRec offers a monthly salary between $500 and $800, depending on experience, and the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding global company.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly prioritize tasks to meet our players' expectations
  • Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service
  • Interpersonal Skills: A confident, friendly demeanor with exceptional communication skills to build positive player relationships
  • Part-Time or Full Time availability, 30-40h/week depending on availability
  • 0-1 years in commercial-related roles such as operations, customer service or sales
  • Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Book game times with facilities
  • Schedule payments
  • Add games to the app
  • Make sure every game has the right format and information advertised
  • Build relationships with facilities
  • Ensure excellent client support
  • Analyze game revenue and profit
  • Make strategic decisions in the team on where to expand games
  • Investigate and identify potential issues that come up at the games
  • Communicate effectively with the facility
  • Continuously monitor and improve the overall player experience, focusing on match quality and app usability

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or similar
