Requirements

• Interpersonal Skills: A confident, friendly demeanor with exceptional communication skills to build positive player relationships
• Part-Time or Full Time availability, 30-40h/week depending on availability
• 0-1 years in commercial-related roles such as operations, customer service or sales
• Advanced English level: strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
• Education: Studying or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing (preferred but not limited to), or similar working levels obtained through relevant job experience

Responsibilities

• Booking game times with facilities
• Scheduling payments
• Adding games to the app
• Making sure every game has the right format and information advertised
• Building relationships with facilities
• Ensuring excellent client support
• Analyzing game revenue and profit
• Making strategic decisions in the team on where to expand games
• Investigating and identifying potential issues that come up at the games
• Communicating effectively with the facility
• Continuously monitoring and improving the overall player experience

Benefits

USD $500 - $800 / month depending on experience
