Join UENI as a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify new partnership opportunities, schedule appointments, and contribute to the growth of our Partnership Program.
Requirements
- Experience : 1-2 years in an SDR, business development, or partnership-focused role (experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or technology is a must)
- Experience in large Outbound calls - You are used to hearing No and that drives you
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your English must be fluent
- Ability to conduct outreach and develop relationships with potential partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A good knowledge of CRM tools and sales funnel management
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Attitude: Eager to learn, proactive, and highly goal-oriented
Responsibilities
- Prospecting for Partnerships : Identify potential partners by researching industries, organizations, and key contacts
- Lead Qualification : Reach out to prospective partners through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and others to qualify them and schedule appointments with the decision makers
- Pipeline Management : Track outreach, lead development, and partnership progress using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, events and partnership opportunities
