Responsibilities

  • Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students
  • Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee
  • Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students
  • Provide teacher consultation
  • Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students
  • Submit case logs and progress reports promptly
  • Document service log completion at the end of each session

Job description

Location: Crownpoint , NM

Worksite: On-site

Position: Part-time - 1 day per week with remote work

Duties:
