Join our team as a Part-time Physical Therapist in Crownpoint, NM. Provide physical therapy services to special education students, evaluate and interpret evaluation results, design PT interventions, and participate in IEP meetings.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience in providing physical therapy services to special education students
• Ability to conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, educators, administrators, and parents
• Provide own personal equipment (laptop, kajeet, supplies/materials)

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to 5 special education students
• Evaluate and interpret evaluation results for the IEP committee
• Design and implement appropriate PT interventions to meet the individual needs of students
• Provide teacher consultation
• Maintain daily performance data and assist with goal writing
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain an active roster of students
• Submit case logs and progress reports promptly
• Document service log completion at the end of each session
